Fine Amnesty Week Runs May 28-June 1

If you have overdue library materials, now is a good time to return them to the library.  Starting Tuesday, May 28 through Saturday, June 1, you can return your overdue books, movies and other materials to any LPL location (Lima, Cairo, Elida, Lafayette, Spenceville) and we will waive your overdue charges.  Start off the summer free of overdue fees!

Summer Reading Programs Start June 1

Whether you are young, old, or in-between, we have a summer reading program for you!

For adults, we are having a Star Studded Summer, with many contests, programs and events that we hope will catch your interest:  a night of "starry crafts," board games, a "star studded" movie, and much more.  Check out our online calendar or stop by the Reference Desk for more information.

Lunch & A Mystery Book Discussion Group

Join this new group at noon on Wednesday, May 15, in the upstairs Board Room.  Cozy mysteries are the genre, discussion and camaraderie the goal.  Bring your lunch and join in!

This month, the group is discussing Buried in a Book, by Lucy Arlington.

New participants always welcome.
