The next RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) Women's Self Defense Course will take place January 29 - March 9 at the main library. This women-only course focuses on awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and risk avoidance, while concentrating on the basics of hands-on self-defense training, specifically customized for women. RAD Woman is for any female 13 years of age or older. There is no cost for the program.
