Lima Public Library Closed on Monday, March 25, 2013 Due to Inclement Weather
The library is closed today, but will reopen on Tuesday, March 26, at 9:00 A.M. Materials due today may be returned tomorrow with no fine.

HOT STUFF, Don Bruns's eleventh published novel (Dec. 2012) is a finalist in the ForeWord Reviews Best Mystery of the Year category. Eleven other books are up for the award.
The local author has turned in his twelfth novel, REEL STUFF, which Oceanview Publishing will release in November 2013.
Friends of Library Looking for Magazine Sponsors
March 14, 2013.....The Friends of the Lima Public Library are looking for individuals, groups or businesses to sponsor magazines for the library's periodical collection. The group recently kicked-off their Friends of Magazines (FOM) fundraiser, which will run through the end of May.
"We want the library's magazine collection to remain vibrant and relevant to our community," said Betsy Potts, who is heading the sponsorship campaign. "Asking the community for support seems to be the best way to meet that goal."
