How to Order Obituaries from the Lima Public Library
The Lima Public Library maintains an index of obituaries appearing in the Lima News from 1933 (currently) to the present time. If the obituaries requested are on file in this index, there will be no charge for up to five obituary requests. For obituaries not listed in our index, requests in excess of five, and all other remote inquiries, please see our Remote Research Request Policy page.
Remote Research Policy
The Lima Public Library strives to provide the best resources and services to meet the needs of the citizens of Allen County. The Library further recognizes its role as a regional information provider and its commitment to the health and well being of the greater library world.
The Lima Public Library is always looking for ways to connect with our community. If you're not able to visit the library frequently, take a look at our outreach service options.
